Official Rules — Empowerd Academy Peptide Story Contest

1. Sponsor

The Empowerd Academy Peptide Story Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Empowerd Education Academy, LLC, doing business as Empowerd Academy ("Sponsor"), 5299 DTC Blvd #1340, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and instructors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Contest begins on [START DATE] and continues in consecutive monthly rounds until terminated by Sponsor. Sponsor will post notice of the final monthly round on this page at least thirty (30) days before the Contest ends. Entries received between 12:00 AM Mountain Time on the first day of a calendar month and 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the last day of that month are judged in that month's round. Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper for the Contest.

4. How to Enter

Enter by completing the story submission form on this page during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly round. Entries must be original, truthful, based on your own personal experience, and created by you. Entries that are incomplete, plagiarized, generated in substantial part by automated tools, or submitted on behalf of another person will be disqualified. Entry is free.

5. Judging and Selection

This is a contest of skill. Winners are selected by judging, not by random drawing. A panel from the Empowerd Academy team will judge all eligible entries in each monthly round based on the following criteria, weighted equally: specificity (concrete details about the entrant's experience), authenticity (a genuine, first-person account), and helpfulness (value to someone at the beginning of a similar journey). In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher helpfulness score prevails. Judging decisions are final and binding.

6. Prizes

One (1) grand prize is awarded in each monthly round: a $500 Empowerd Academy gift certificate. Approximate retail value: $500.

In addition, entries selected by Sponsor to be featured in Empowerd Academy community and marketing channels ("Featured Stories") receive a $150 Empowerd Academy gift certificate. Approximate retail value: $150. Selection as a Featured Story is at Sponsor's sole discretion, and the number of Featured Stories per month, if any, is not fixed.

Gift certificates are redeemable only for Empowerd Academy products and programs, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Limit one (1) grand prize per person per twelve (12) month period. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with prize receipt.

7. Winner Notification

Winners are notified by email at the address provided at entry within seven (7) days after the close of each monthly round. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected using the same judging criteria.

8. License and Publicity Release

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit for length and clarity, publish, and display your submitted story, together with your first name and last initial, in Empowerd Academy community, marketing, and educational channels. Featured Story compensation as described in Section 6 constitutes full consideration for this license. Sponsor will disclose that Featured Storytellers were compensated wherever Featured Stories appear, consistent with Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements and testimonials. You may request removal of a published story at any time by contacting Sponsor at the address in Section 12.

9. Content Standards and Disclaimer

Submitted stories are personal accounts of individual experiences. They are collected and shared for educational and community purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing in this Contest is an offer of, or substitute for, professional medical care. Sponsor may decline to publish, or may disqualify, any entry that contains unverifiable medical claims, references to prescription drug brand names, or content that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with Sponsor's content standards.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

11. Meta Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Each entrant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Contest. Any information provided in connection with this Contest is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
